TWO: TO MINUS TO
Is it blackhearted of a human to want what he wants handed to him, on a silver platter? Does it make him a lazy sloth to continue with and toy his desires; never to really struggle for them. Could it be that he has been let down too many times, believing that the past will relive itself: abandoning exploration of positive possibilities? Success. Is it that fear of one more failure? No, that would be ridicules, for that foe, failure, he calls friend. They have walked together down many dead ended paths, of time, love and lust.
Is it a crime to fear, not another failure, but triumph; to pass through the gateway on gold streets into a possible heaven on this heathen earth? What makes one feel this way, wishing to say "to hell with it all" and not mean it?
Are we more than an all to human animal?
What have we created
What are the blueprint plans but schemes
smile with sunny sarcasm and face
The burden
that beasts haunt all dreams
Play
again with the lions defiant in pedestrian pleasures
Destroy
nothingness with your own
Prolific existence
