ONE MAN'S VIRTUE, ANOTHER MAN'S POISON

        The doctor is in
main-lined drain-o fingering the nurse's plumbing
rubber gloves powdery snap spills hot hollybery candle wax
          over and down
        Nets
fish kicking grime of man's polished crime
in the back of coat racks where the nancy hangs chained tied rattling in
the roll
razor blades incision
pricking
prick squeezes dead babies out for yellow busses to
school
relationships of chromed rimmed memories collecting dust on dressers
coke stained puddles and strings un-strung never to vibrate on the
rungs
        another song
Pregnant bastard hound spits up boyfriend's life line love wipes cheek
pokes brown eye in mirror reflection
      cracked hopes of your lust
seven more years of bad luck and one un-mailed chain letter
stuck in a book never to be finished floating in red garnet juice flowing
from the
wrists while mother kneels over drying life wet faced black make-up
smudge tombstone
      sculpture
